Complete the accounting process and administrative tasks on assigned projects including accurate accounting, reporting, timely completion and submission of administrative and work documents, and effective use of administrative, human resource, information technology, communications, and business intelligence systems. The Project Administrator is responsible for financial and administrative support on assigned projects, including bookkeeping entries, job cost reporting (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, other), AP, AR, and other administrative duties assigned by the Finance & Admin. Requirements: (education, experience, skills, working conditions, physical demands)
High school diploma or GED, preferred college level coursework in accounting, business, management, construction, or a related field. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Sage Contractor 100, basic bookkeeping and double entry accounting.
